Payment Information

A credit card is required only to pay the first night and guarantee the payment of the balance or the total amount of reservation, is required upon arrival (check in), payment may be made in cash

or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, CartaSi, Paypal).

Arrival time

Please inform us of your arrival time in Florence it’s important (Train Station or Airport).

The check-in at 2.00pm, on the day of arrival rooms will be available from 2:00pm but if you arrive before you can leave your luggage at reception.

Check-in is guaranteed also after 7:00 pm but you have to inform us of your arrival time in Florence by e-mail or phone.

Departure time

The day of departure we ask you kindly to leave the room before 10.15 am.

Parking facilities

One can easily arrive by car right to the door of our Bed and Breakfast.

From there you can choose to park on the street using the public paid parking zones (blue lines)

which approximately costs 1 Euro per hour between the hours of 8am-8pm and is free during the night (not always) and public holidays.

Otherwise, should you prefer, (and we sugest) a garage is one situated 60 m from the bed and breakfast at a cost approximately of  25 € per day.

ALL FLORENCE IS    “ZTL – Restricted Traffic Zone “

Access denied for Non-resident and tourist

The entire historic centre of Florence (approximately the part located within the 19th century ring-roads or viali, which is a protected UNESCO heritage site) is a ‘Zona a Traffico Limitato’ (ZTL) or restricted traffic zone. Special rules govern access to, as well as transit through and parking in this zone. Bicycles, electric vehicles, motorcycles and scooters are permitted entrance. 

Cancellation policy

To cancel your reservation please send an e-mail message to

If cancelled and modified up  to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

For a late cancellation the 100% of the total amount will be charged as penalty fee.

For reservation of 5 or more nights and for 2 rooms the cancellation is required at least 40 days before arrival date.

The reservations through web’s agencies we cannot accept directly cancellations or changes it needs to be done through them.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. We only accept directly changes and cancellations wrote by e-mail or by fax +39 055 7349599 (not by phone).
